I’m my most creative and grounded when I’m outside on the snow or on the trail so it’s a mental and physical health need that is almost as important as sleep! The deeper I go into the mountains, the better I feel, yet something is always better than nothing.
HOW DO YOU DO GOOD IN YOUR COMMUNITY?
I volunteer on the board of directors for Alaska Wilderness League because I care deeply about protecting wild places and my immersion in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge of Alaska has influenced my life greatly.
